One specification is a complete thickness + curl + length combination — 0.05 C 7 mm is one spec, and a 0.05 C 7–15 mm mixed tray is also one spec — so a 100-tray order covers up to 20 specs, and most first orders run 3 to 5. LashPlus-brand in-stock trays have no MOQ at all.

Direct answer: yes — 100 trays is the order total, not a per-product minimum. Combine any specifications you like — say 0.05 C, 0.07 D and a mixed-length tray — as long as each specification you include takes at least 5 trays. A typical first order is 3 to 5 specs.

Direct answer: no — the 100-tray order minimum covers the packaging too. Your custom-printed trays, cards and boxes are produced against the same order; there is no separate packaging run to hit. The only extra is the one-time label/setup fee on your first order.

Direct answer: yes — LashPlus-brand in-stock trays have no MOQ. Buy the quantity you need, in our packaging, and move to private label later when the range is settled. The 100-tray minimum only applies once your own label goes on the product.

Row count is part of your specification, and it moves the price per tray.
