These terms cover how Qingdao Hopeshair Cosmetics Co., Ltd ("LashPlus") works with business customers (brands, salons, chains, academies, distributors, e-commerce sellers). Because we manufacture to order under your label, most commercial details are confirmed per order in your quotation. These terms set the general framework.

1. Who we are

Qingdao Hopeshair Cosmetics Co., Ltd (Pingdu, Qingdao, China) — a private-label (OEM/ODM) eyelash-extension and lash-supply manufacturer, with production in Pingdu, Qingdao, Shandong, China. We supply businesses only. This website is built and operated by LashPlus Corporation Limited (Hong Kong registered, BR No. 71059080).

2. Samples

  • Samples are paid, plus shipping — up to 20 in-stock trays per sample round: 10 specifications, 2 trays of each, so more than one person can test the same tray. The sample fee is credited back in full (shipping excluded) once a regular wholesale order is confirmed, and doubled — capped at US$50 — once a custom/private-label order meeting the MOQ is confirmed. If no order follows, the fee is not refunded.
  • Samples ship in our generic/neutral presentation, not finished private-label packaging.

3. Quotes, orders & MOQ

  • Pricing, lead time, and minimums are confirmed in a written quotation for your specific products and customization.
  • Private-label production has a total order MOQ of 100 trays, from 5 trays per single size (one thickness, curl and length); a one-time label/setup fee applies to your first order and is free on reorders.
  • An order is confirmed once you approve the quotation and the agreed deposit is received.

4. Payment

  • Standard terms are confirmed on the quotation (typically a deposit to start production and balance before shipment). Accepted methods are stated on the quote.
  • We do not display per-unit pricing publicly because it depends on specification, volume, and customization.

5. Production & lead time

  • Indicative timelines: in-stock samples ship next day, custom-spec samples in 3–8 days; production 14–28 days from artwork approval depending on quantity, customization, and packaging. Repeat orders run 2–3 weeks. Exact lead time is confirmed per order.
  • Custom designs (ODM), special curls/lengths, and custom packaging may extend lead time; this is agreed before production.

6. Quality, inspection & remakes

  • Every batch is quality-checked before shipment.
  • If a delivered batch does not meet the agreed specification due to a manufacturing fault, contact us promptly with evidence; we will work with you on a remake or appropriate remedy. This covers manufacturing defects, not normal variation within agreed tolerances or issues caused by storage, handling, or application after delivery.

7. Shipping & customs

  • We arrange shipping per the agreed Incoterms on your quotation. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise on the quote.

8. Intellectual property

  • For ODM/private-label work, you are responsible for ensuring the designs, brand names, and artwork you provide are yours to use. You retain rights to your brand assets; we use them only to fulfil your order.
  • Our site content, text, and images are owned by LashPlus and may not be reused without permission.

9. Certifications

We describe our certifications accurately: our facility is registered with the U.S. FDA and our products are manufactured to CE standards. We do not claim any "FDA approval," which does not exist for cosmetics.

10. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
