16 lines, 60 fans a line. Every fan is taped at its base and packed edge to edge, so you pick it up by the body in one motion, dip and place — the tray the market has started calling a zero-time fan. Wide (open) fans in 0.07 mm for 3D–6D, narrow (closed) fans in 0.05 mm from 8D up; 12D–20D on request. Single-length and mixed trays cost the same and are made the same way: each row is made as its own length, nothing is sorted down into the mix. And 960 fans sit in the 5 × 11 cm tray a classic set ships in — the large plastic tray box holds 320, the bigger double-sided paper box 960 — so the freight cost per fan falls sharply, and it takes a fraction of the shelf.

Two trays of premade lash fans under one label — lash extension fans that arrive fanned, so the artist places instead of building. The standard premade tray is one fan shape with a clean pointed base — 2D–20D in 0.05, 0.07 and 0.10 mm, 7–15 mm, with the 0.07 mm fan the all-round best-seller — and builds the wispy, Angel, spike (Manga) and wet-look sets your customers ask for. The one-touch tray above takes the same fans, tapes them at the base and packs 960 into a standard 5 × 11 cm tray for one-motion pick-up; the standard fans ship in large tray boxes. What is a one-touch (zero-time) premade fan tray?+
A standard 5 × 11 cm tray where every fan is taped at its base and the fans are packed edge to edge, 60 to a line across 16 lines — 960 fans in the box a classic tray comes in. You pick the fan up by the body in one motion, dip and place; there is no second grip. "Zero-time" is the trade nickname for this pick-up style — no time lost re-gripping the fan — a description of the tray, not a brand; we make and sell it as the one-touch tray. For scale: the large plastic tray box standard premade fans come in holds 320 fans, the bigger double-sided paper box 960 — the one-touch tray holds those 960 in a 5 × 11 cm tray, so the freight cost per fan falls sharply and it stores in a fraction of the space. We make it in wide (open) fans at 0.07 mm for 3D–6D and narrow (closed) fans at 0.05 mm from 8D up, in B, C, CC and D curls, 6–16 mm single length or mixed.
Wide or narrow fans — which should I order?+
Wide (open) fans read fuller on the lash line and suit 3D–6D; narrow (closed) fans keep a slim base and suit 8D and up. A common split is wide up to 6D and narrow from 8D. Both come in D and CC, and we can send both versions of one size so you can compare them on the same tray.
Which curls, lengths and thicknesses do your premade lash fans come in?+
Standard trays: fan counts 2D–20D, thickness 0.05, 0.07 and 0.10 mm with 0.07 mm the best-seller, lengths 7–15 mm, C, CC, D, L and M curls, pointed / sharp base. One-touch trays: 3D–10D with 12D–20D on request, 0.07 mm wide or 0.05 mm narrow, 6–16 mm, B, C, CC and D curls.
What is the difference between premade and promade fans?+
This page is our standard fan: one fan shape, 2D–20D, in 0.05, 0.07 and 0.10 mm, 7–15 mm — on a standard tray or a one-touch tray. Promade is our handmade YY / W line — three petals joined at a single base, 3D–6D at 0.07 mm, 7–16 mm, carrying roughly triple the volume per tray. Two separate lines, each with its own page and its own trays.
Can I order a mixed tray — mixed curls, lengths or thicknesses?+
Yes. Any fan count 2D–20D, curl, length and thickness mix is produced to your spec, and longer lengths up to 25 mm are available on special request. On one-touch trays a mixed tray is a different row plan — each row made as its own length — at the same price as single length.
What is the MOQ for private-label premade fans?+
Private-label from 100 boxes per order, 5 boxes per specification. Samples are paid — credited in full on a wholesale order, doubled up to US$50 on a custom MOQ order (no order, no refund) — in-stock standard trays ship the next day; one-touch and custom-spec samples are hand-made in 3–8 days. Production 14–28 days from artwork approval including your custom packaging.
What fibre are the fans made from?+
